DEVELOPER DOCUMENTATION

Getting Started with Uverse

The public documentation starts with what can be verified today and separates functional workflows from systems that are still being prepared for external use.

Documentation for the External Alpha

Uverse is not yet an open public editor. The first external alpha will introduce the browser-based authoring workflow in stages, with compatibility and platform notes published alongside each invitation.

Joining the waitlist is currently the correct entry point. It provides a way to receive availability updates without presenting unfinished setup instructions as a public release.

What you can verify today

The current project includes a working browser editor and WebGPU play mode, a standalone web build path, and native build targets for macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android. The public Chess Ninja build demonstrates the packaged web runtime.

Authoring choices

C# is functional within the supported portable profile. U# offers a more concise authoring option, and typed Visual Scripting provides a graph-based route into the same engine-facing type system. All three continue to be refined.

Requirements will be published with access

Browser support, account setup, project creation, build steps, and troubleshooting guidance will be documented against the external alpha build that testers actually receive.
